Here is an example of one day in the life of a toddler.
Toddler Daily Schedule
Disclaimer Bit: The food portions are based on the Canadian Food Guide. Again, please keep in mind I am not a doctor or dietician and the food measurements I use probably don’t match the servings described therein. Also, my 2 1/2 year old daughter is crazy tall (the size of most 5 year olds). This is merely an example of our schedule and probably should not be followed exactly by anyone else – just used as a guideline.
How To Use The Schedule
For an explanation of how and why I made these schedule, please click read my post called “Sharing a Schedule and the Tell Show Do Review Method“

It’s a good schedule. Never would’ve worked for my Mom though. She had 12 kids. It was just damage control.

It’s nice to have at least something to follow. This looks like an excellent schedule to me. My daughter is not a big eater, or sleeper, but if I can be consistent, I’m hoping to change that. Thanks!
